How do I change my subscription?

The account owner has the ability to change the subscription level. AT&T will have a contact #/person/email to add or delete licenses and change subscription levels.

Do I need to download or install any software?

AT&T Workforce Manager lives on a cloud connection, customers can access their application from anywhere and do not need to install any software.

How long does AT&T Workforce Manager store my data?

Customer data is stored for one year on the portal.
